| Mr. Archuleta brings nearly 30 years of hospitality experience to S&L Hospitality and is responsible for the overall success of the company's resort operations. He oversees the short and long-term planning and strategic direction of new resort properties, as well as implementing programs and managing daily operations to ensure an optimal level of service, quality and hospitality to the guests once the property is open. Prior to joining S&L Hospitality, Archuleta was the General Manager of Great Wolf Lodge in Kansas City, KS where he was responsible for the successful launch and operations of the 281 room indoor waterpark resort with a team of over 300 employees. His philosophy has always been simple, but successful: A hands on approach to management. He has also held General Manager positions within Marriott and The Elms Resort and Spa. He is historically very active in the community in which he lives and works, including the Chamber of Commerce, Convention & Visitors Board and Hotel & Motel Association. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico. |
